Demos & guided walkthroughs

Supported now
A linear demo follows the presenter’s route. A branching walkthrough can let the visitor select a role, problem, or area of interest and continue through the product story that matches that choice.

Example: “Tour by role”

Who it's for

For teams that explain a product or process

Sales engineers & account teams

Prepare a guided narrative that can branch toward the workflow a prospect asks about.

Product marketing

Build a self-guided story with screenshots, slides, video, and decision points.

Founders & solo sellers

Package a repeatable product explanation that visitors can navigate at their own pace.

Example scenario shapes

What a guided walkthrough looks like in Cynario

Each fork asks what the visitor wants to see next. The Scenario changes the narrative route; it does not identify the visitor or report their behavior to a sales system automatically.

Tour by selected role

Let the visitor choose admin, practitioner, or executive, then show the workflow and outcomes relevant to that selection.

Pick the problem to explore

Start with the visitor’s stated problem and route to the part of the story that addresses it.

Choose-your-own proof of value

Offer several product themes and let the visitor decide which one to explore first.

Why demo teams use it

A product story the visitor can steer

  • Branching by a visitor’s selection keeps the walkthrough focused on the topic they chose.
  • Slides, video, prose, and decisions can live in one Scenario.
  • Authors can update the walkthrough without changing the underlying product.
  • Cynario does not provide visitor identification, CRM syncing, or automatic engagement reporting.
